      Amazing Customer service. I met all three employees working and mainly Ms. Dezzeray Bunn, she helped me so much and said some very kind words. Northwest seriously helped me out and saved me big time. Very easy, very fast, and no shady stuff at all I 1,000% trust NorthWest. I will definitely be staying with this company. No charge to set up an checkings and savings account. I spent time and researched a ton of different banks and majority of them charge you for opening an account. Roughly, 25$-30$. Here it’s free!! I appreciate NW so much!!

      This new Credit Union is beautiful and has the most pleasant and helpful people you could ever ask for that assisted me with everything I needed. I have been a member for over 30 years and this new branch is top-notch! So glad you opened up in this location. I recommend NWFCU to EVERYONE! Thank you :)

      I came to this location for the first time since they opened. I'm glad they opened this location! The staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The branch is slightly smaller than other locations, but still functions the same. Parking is available (10 & 60 minutes) in front of the NWFCU and surrounding businesses.
