      This is one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. They are extremely shady, having fake offices in Oregon that forward to their office in Washington. Gabriel Terreson violates the realtor code of ethics by working as both an agent and a lender. He never answers his phone and never followed through with any of his promises. They agreed to close on a certain date but asked for a two week extension only three business days before closing. Their only reason is that they were too busy to get it done on time. Everything was complete and waiting on them. They guaranteed that they would have it done by the extension date (that we all agreed to) but asked for yet another extension because the seller was on a planned vacation that Gabe never informed us about. We have a documented transaction where the agent purposefully used a decoy loan officer from a different branch and had his transaction coordinator from his Vancouver branch do the loan. Stay away from Savi Realty and Northwest Funding Group. If they make an offer on your home, don't accept it.
