      I decided to reach out to NCCU about refinancing both of my vehicles. I was dealing with Megan on both of the Refinances and I was able to get both refinances done Quickly and very smoothly!       Giving 1-star and writing this review because my friend would not. This 1 star review is in regard to their deferral process. They pull your credit and deny you if you have any collections even if they are years old and paid off. Their staff will also flat out tell you that you need to manage your money better, knowing nothing about your situation. Rude.

      I absolutely love this credit union they gave me a great opportunity to build my credit with a great loan and perfect interest rate. As far as the google review that posted a negative comment about the atm. That was a lie and do not use that for your own rating about this credit union. They have been around for years and are very professional. I would suggest signing up for an account and being apart of the team. Have a good one and I hope this helps with anyone seeking a new bank.
