      Awesome Customer Service and a feeling that a banker cares. I have been working with Northwoods for a few months, ever since they merged with Floodwood Credit Union. They do not have that big bank feel. They have a genuine conversation and care about the needs of their members. They work with you and figure out what is going to work for the member. I have transferred two car loans over to them and they have been fabulous.

      I have an EXCELLENT loan officer that knows me on a first name basis, the kasasa checking ROCKS. ATM fees refunded every month, doesn't cost anything. I've banked with them for over ten years now and I have yet to have a major issue with them. They have a convenient app I use to mobily deposit checks, works mint!! They are EXCELLENT!! I have nothing bad to say about them. Never had bad customer service, They've been absolutely pleasant to me. Would choose them over Members or anyone else anyday.
