Wonderful banking institution! I'd recommend Northwoods Credit Union to anyone! Tracy in Cloquet is simply amazing, not just because of her job, but who she is as a person and now someone I consider a friend! Customer service from everyone I encounter, whether it be over the phone or in person (doesn't matter which branch I'm at either), is always outstanding! This world would be a much happier place if all businesses could treat customers as good as you all do. You know the importance of kindness and how even a little, can go a long way, to making someone's day. Please know you are all very much appreciated. Thank you!

Excellent service, excellent products and loans, excellent staff! I can't thank Tracy in Cloquet enough for all of her help, her kindness, her expertise. The excellent, excellent (have I said "excellent" yet?:) customer service in both Cloquet and Moose Lake is very refreshing and much appreciated. You are all top notch!
