      Cannot recommend this bank whatsoever. 1) fraud detection is run by third party vendor, very cheap and very poor. Arbitrarily freezes your card with zero notice, sometimes for purchases in your home zip code 2) offers atm fee reimbursement for paid accounts only. Shameful for a business whose only function is to hold money in escrow. 3) customer service is poor and placative, management hides behind customer reps who are powerless. 4) fraud detection, while overzealous ad poorly moderated, fails to catch real fraud when it does occur. This is not a bank for people with self-respect or who intend to use their money online 🙄 which is everyone.
