  In my family, we all have accounts at Norwood Bank. The people on their staff have always been friendly, responsive, competent, courteous and service oriented. The organization as a whole also does a great deal in support of the broader community. It is always easy to find an actual person to meet in person or to speak by phone. I always get the sense that people there know what they are doing and they are glad to be helpful. I highly recommend Norwood Bank and have been a loyal customer for 25 years or so.

  They charge 10% on the change machine even you have a bank account with them. Simply speechless. Lol By the way, they don’t take rolled coins, you have to use the machine.

  Bruce, we apologize for any misunderstanding. Most of our customers are highly satisfied with the support/service they receive at Norwood Bank. As a Norwood Bank customer, you can cash up to $200 per day in the coin machine without a fee. The 10% you were charged was for the coin amount OVER $200. The coin machine is set up to only recognize US coin currency and sometimes rolled coin can contain non-US coin currency and that is why we do not accept rolled coins. I hope this clarifies your concerns and that we can continue to serve your banking needs.
