  My experience with (not your average lender)was very unprofessional and poor services. I would not recommend them to any new first time buyer or continued buyer. They did not communicate effectively nor have a understanding how the VA works they stated that I only qualify for less then my current home is worth and just went with another lender and qualified for a half a million dollar home so It is clear they do not know what they are doing. Go with a company that is reputable and do your research. Also furthermore I have reached out to multiple lenders each one of them stated they can use ot and bonuses not your company can’t and furthermore I stated to you my house was sold and assumed your company can deal with credit issues which is not all accurate and you guys gave me one number then ur colleagues gave me another number get you stuff straight I understand why you have bad reviews

  Wow! Crazy how you would jump the gun on this! You came to us asking for help because of your credit score! That was fine since it’s a VA loan! Let’s make sure you add to this review that when you bought your first house your income was stable. Since then you sold your house and switched employers. We reviewed your file on which you didn’t get all documents to us on a timely manner and wanted us to give you a prequalification without proper documents to back up what you put down as your monthly income! Once we finally got all your documents on October the 26th, turns out that you just started a new job 5 months ago so we can only is your base salary income on your offer letter, we can’t use overtime or bonuses since you haven’t been at your job more than two years. So now you want to come on here and give a negative review because you haven’t received the news that you wanted to hear!! I guess it’s ok for you to make a complaint thinking this is some kind of pay back and that we don’t have to abide by the guidelines for The Veterans Administration.

  I highly recommend the MK team. I had previously tried since the beginning of this year to get into a home by summer. It was two mortgage brokers and a so-called credit repair specialist that told me it couldn’t be done for at least a year or so. I took a chance on Rowlett mortgage. I was guided every step of the way and was tremendously helped by Michael and Katherine. I was finally able to get my home in the summer just like I wanted to. They made it possible
