      I’ve been there six times. Gave a large tip each time. Last three titles have had issues. Just got the last one back stating the appropriate fees were not sent. I live 30 miles away so took off work and drove up as a result of a phone call with him the previous week. He’s understandably very ill but now I’m stuck paying money over again for a car I can’t legally drive in a week and won’t get a title/reg for until at least December. Clearly time to retire. Yes he’s affordable. No, it’s not worth it, especially since I tipped him the difference ($50 on this vehicle). Doesn’t always pay to be nice or go somewhere cheap. Probably didn’t need to take off work to be told where to sign and how much of a check to send
