      NCU has the feel of an old school local bank. Service is very good, hardly ever any wait times in person or on the phone if I have a question (calls go to the bank, not a call center). Recently had an issue connecting my bank account to a payment app, and they helped me sort out the issue quickly, and they waived the overdraft when the payment hit the wrong account. So much better then the big banks for service.
