Got a good interest rate for an auto loan. Ended up getting charged hundreds of dollars in off and on late fees do to mailing issues. Their app does not show late fees on auto loans and they never made any attempt to contact me about them so I had no idea I was being charged the fees until much later. I don't know why the app shows little to no information about the account when that is all many people use now days. I called on a Friday with questions and they assured me someone would get back to me on Monday. I waited until Wednesday before I called back and no one seemed to know I called on Monday. I guess they did the bare minimum on their end so most of the late fees I still had to pay.

How the Hell we supposed to get a loan or money out of our account, more then what the ATM will give. if the lobby is only open from 9 to 4 and not everyone works in town?

With COVID guidelines, we are frequently reviewing our lobby hours but appointments can be made between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday for large withdrawals and loans.
