      I had a closing at another Nu World Title office located over 3 hours away from me. The Lake Nona office closing manager promptly accommodated my 'last- minute' request to have the closing done at their office. Reina was awesome, she treated me like family. She answered all my questions and cleared up each concern I had. The closing went smoothly. I was impressed by Reina's professional knowledge and pleasant personality. Thank you, Reina and thanks Nu World Title - Lake Nona.

      2.- I requested an explanation of some of their charges for 3 months and I am still waiting. 3.- I must have sent 15 emails, I have tried to contact them an uncountable number of times over the phone. printed on the closing papers and it gets disconnected automatically after a ring or two. 4.- on May 3rd I contacted the company that intervened in the sale: Berkshire Hathaway with my concerns, and immediately I got a call from this title company and the lady I spoke with said that somebody will get back to me... that was 15 days ago. I think 3 months waiting to get some simple answers prove that I am patient enough, I have the intention of taking this complaint to the Department of Professional Regulation. READ REVIEWS!!! EVERYBODY IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME ISSUE IN YELP.
