If I could give zero stars I would. To start off the title company was 1 and 1/2 hours late to our closing. Then turns out he showed up with the wrong paper work and everything needed to be resigned even though we kept saying I think the owners wife needs to sign. Then proceed to rush out of the door. Then we had to wait for a new member of their team to come from a different office hours later. The money was then wired 24 hours later (not on our closing date) which put not only the buyer of our house back a day but put us back a day on purchasing our new home. Now I have to stay in a hotel with two small children and a dog extra expense . My movers are pushed back a day extra expense. My mortage rate needed to be locked in extra expense. Super unprofessional and just plain wrong. Never use this company.

A company that withstood such a long run and has not learned nothing about: 1. customer service 2. client engagement 3. accountability 4. Personal information 5. Notary and privacy Everyone operating under this current company needs a lesson in providing proper editorial, editing and held accountable for costumer service including client deliverables. Worse experience I ever faced working with this NU World. Please train hire and provide clear and concise information to customers and clients. Do follow ups and allow for timely delivery of proper documentation. Do not conduct business in this manner allowing customers and clients to struggle but instead assist properly so that everyone can benefit from timely outcome.
