Absolutely terrible experience closing a transaction with this company and processors - Carol Milidoni and Issis Vargas. They were not even working on closing our file until one business day before closing in the afternoon! And all because I had to chase them through several phone calls and doing their job for them reminding them to send HUD to the sellers and to schedule a closing which they never did. They ended up having to pay for a mobile notary because they totally forgot about our closing. The answer they had “Sorry we were busy.” What kind of standard of business is that? That doesn’t fly anywhere! To put a cherry on top, the seller did not even get funded until 2 days after the closing!! They didnt have the proceeds in escrow until a day after because of a wire discrepancy. Seriously?? If they would have done their job they would have had the money in escrow and just simply wired it as soon as all parties signed. End of story. I will never use this company again and the seller will be seeking compensation for damages and ill practice.
