BEWARE! DO NOT BANK HERE OR FINANCE ANYTHING HERE!! Had my truck loan with them for a year and sold the truck. The entire year was hell with anything related to Numerica for my truck loan. From after purchase paperwork, terrible in-lobby experience with unnecessary LONG wait times with staff not helping others in line. And lastly, it’s been 2 YEARS since I sold my truck, with numerous calls to Numerica to REMOVE THE LOAN FROM MY CREDIT REPORT. I’ve had no other problems with any other bank to this degree. And to this day it still reflects on my credit that I have a open loan with them, and they do not want to really help in any way to get it removed. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
