      So I moved to the South Hill a while ago but I’ve been very dedicated to the valley Numerica because to be honest they’re my people and they were my people for two years. However I just mustered it up and went into the downtown location and they are magic as well. I absolutely love companies that have good customer service across-the-board I can’t remember the girls name who helped me but she was wonderful.

      My business partner and I walked in without an appointment hoping to open a business account. At first we were told we may have to come back later/ unsure about availability that day- but Ellie, the branch manager, came out and set us up and really helped us feel welcome and comfortable about the process. Overall really great experience and we were both impressed.

      Employees very friendly courteous and kind. Only problem is parking. But if you had it at the right time you can get in and out pretty quick
