      VERY VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WORK ! And I don’t say that lightly either ! Went in expecting to spend a half hour on getting things taken care of with my Car loan (as a new car owner) , but the gentleman named “Brad” had helped me in under 10 minutes! VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT! WITH MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO ENJOY THE REST OF MY LUNCH BREAK! ! ! YOU ROCK BRAD! Thank you! I’m glad I chose Numerical Credit Union as a Financial Bank!

      DO NOT USE NUMERICA. I’m not even talking about this branch I mean the company on general. They updated their mobile app on a weekend, when nobody would be able to get customer service. Then, everyone, and I mean everyone, had to RECREATE their mobile accounts. They did not transfer them over to the new system at all. On top of that, we had to figure that out by GOING TO A BRANCH BECAUSE NOBODY WAS ANSWERING THE PHONES. This company left all their customers in the dark. Their new interface has crashed my phone twice on top of all that. Absolutely garbage
