      Great place to bank. friendly and helpful staff.

      since it was my first credit card, I deposit $500 and opened a secure credit card in 2017. after that I got 6 credit cards from other banks and build my credit score to more than 750. but they still decline my request to update my credit card and give my money back. I can not close the account because this is my first card and closing it would hurt my credit score. do not make the same mistake and go to big bank for opening account.

      Really questionable financial practices. Customer service is non-existent. Poor communication. Update: After meeting in person with Matthew and Janelle at this location the issue has been resolved. I recommend not calling and just making an appointment at a local branch.
