  I love this credit union! It’s literally changed my life. I’m not joking when I say I have 15 accounts with them, well 14 now. Ha- 2 for each of 4 kids, a business and personal checking and savings, I also had a PPP loan account with them (now closed since forgiven) since my business did two PPPs through nutmeg. My credit score has climbed since I joined, and I partly attribute that to their easy to use app. The app is great, as a business owner I’m getting checks and direct deposits regularly, and I can do everything remotely. I love the satisfying “bzzz” the app makes when it captures your check image! I’m constantly transferring funds from my accounts to my nutmeg credit cards, and I used the points for a Florida keys vacation with the kids last year. I’m confused someone said their credit card account had a bait and switch… I’ve used mine for balance transfers and my nutmeg APR is way less than my discover or chase APRs(though my goal is to never pay it got any lender). I regret having a heloc at peoples bank, I want all my accounts at nutmeg now. *hugs* I’m confused about the ratings for poor customer service. I love that you are greeted and phoned by the same people. An amazing teller helped me open my accounts and I had her direct line. A very nice man helped me with all my ppp needs. They sent reps to advose me for payroll and tax input when I opened my account. I’ve linked my accounts to pay my kids Chet funds. I have found tge Employees to be prompt and ethical. In the past, I’ve I’ve had accounts at velocity credit union, peoples, Barclays, American, chase, sovereign, santera, Webster, even key bank. This is the best, for me, by far! Fees are low, but more importantly they are easier to avoid. Don’t believe the haters, this bank is great.

  west hartford location is suppose to be open at 9am. It 9:05 still no one here. this is not acceptable and i am late to work for no reason now. Thank you nutmeg
