      Terrible customer service and poor maintenance on unreliable atms are just a start. Rude tellers and a customer service system built to give you headaches await you. If you are lucky maybe a supervisor will call you back... eventually? I can attest I am still waiting...

The rate then defaults to your normal card rate. Our card rates range between 11.95% and 17.95%, not 30% as you’ve stated in your google reviews.
