      Been w this Credit Union for 20 yrs & honestly ready to close my acct. & move on to another bank! 20yrs a FEDERAL STATE CHECK deposit 7 days ago & it still not cleared. Any other prepaid card would off been cashed it. Go figure

      This is seriously one of the worst credit unions. You can NEVER get anyone on the phone. Even if you call a specific branch you get directed into an automated system/call center, which is just annoying, and usually wait on hold over 10 minutes or need to request a call back. Every time I need to take money out or make a larger transaction there’s some problem and I have to take time off to go TO a branch (there’s never one near by) because they won’t do ANYTHING for you over the phone.
