      Spoke with Jason, a transfer rep. HORRIBLE customer service. Was extremely rude and condescending when I asked a simple question. Then started asking personal questions that have nothing to do with my accounts. WOW. Great company, terrible employees.

      Just had a loan refinanced. It took forever, I don't receive responses in a timely manner and the only time I did was when they wanted me to sign the papers. Interesting. I got a good rate, so hopefully once things are set up I don't have to talk to anyone... Because in my experience their service has been extremely poor. I'll change my review if the service gets better, but I don't see that happening.
