  I think all the people that work here are great. Very friendly and helpful while giving great customer service. My issue is with limit you can use on your card per day. I can’t make any very expensive purchases if needed without going there to get a cashiers check to do so, which is not helpful if your making a purchase online.

  I’ve been going to this bank for a long time, since a young kid. And to this particular location since they’ve opened, especially because they’re open on Sundays. BUT unfortunately, it seems like the tellers that have been there for some time are mistreating the new tellers, and it’s obvious and evident when you go in. I’ve even heard of one older lady expressing to customers coming in that a new teller/trainee doesn’t know how to do anything so that she’s doing everything.... UMMM.... if you have a teammate that clearly needs help and she’s new, why don’t you help her? I mean, does the friendliness and niceness in terms of customer service only apply there? Not to fellow employees? It’s disgusting how this lady acts, and you can see she creates a verbally hostile environment amongst the branch. In the young lady’s defense, she was very welcoming, nice, and seemed to be holding her own very well for just having begun there. The branch manager (Allison) should be ashamed of herself for not conducting reviews or even tolerating that kind of behavior. And for partaking in it. If she’s the manager and the older lady is talking to people the way she is, what’s wrong with the picture here? Treat your employees better or your customers will not return to this branch. If that’s how you treat one another, I would hate to see how you treat a customer that you may not like. And Avril likes to come off as friendly and customer service forward, but she literally takes jabs while talking to customers about fellow employees in front of them. I don’t like how the women here operate. They need to clean house, because I’ve never experienced anything like this at any of the NVE locations. I’m good.
