I worked with Rhonda Stevens and Greta Stewart from NVR Mortgage. Rhonda first reached out to me when I was in the process of buying a newly constructed Ryan Homes property but I had already been working with another lender so I blew her off. When I realized my previous loan office quotes were changing drastically(not in a good way) and my loan office couldn't offer an extended rate lock without exorbitant fees (this was in December and I wanted my rate to be locked in for 6 months while the home was being built) I reached back out to Rhonda. She harboured no ill feelings. With a smile I could hear through the phone she and NVR could quoted me a significantly better rate that was also locked in for 6 months. Plus, I was given quite a bit of financial credits at closing which greatly reduced my cash to close. In addition to that, I'm self employed, so Greta and Rhonda work with me step by step to make sure I had all the proper documentation to get approved by underwriting including having my crypto holdings play a role.
