      Been with them for years and have rarely had issues, so it's hard to think if what to post other than, they're pretty great. When I have had trouble, they're always kind, so long as I call the AMAZING folks at the Stayton branch, they should be setting the bar for all other locations. All banks, period. Every once in a blue moon you get someone new who hasn't figured out yet how high the standard is there and they'll be rude-ish, but they will take care of you and you'll notice the improvement next time-even if you go in the next day. No bank/CU, whatever, is perfect, but not all customers are perfect either. If anything the customer default setting for the average person is, 'Asshat.' NW Preferred in Stayton at least tries. Really rare to feel valued as a customer these days but they still do treat people that way. My hope is they don't follow so many business that won't talk to their own people and vet them out to call centers.

      This is a fantastic bank. I obtained a loan with them, the process was very easy, and they were super helpful. The best banking experience for a loan. I highly recommend them.
