You will not find a better loan officer to help you. Jay responds to phone calls promptly as well. 2nd Part of my review: Jay is superb and awesome. He goes above and beyond for his client. He is prompt, attentive, honest, professional, and caring. He did a rapid score and showed me what i needed to do to improve my fico score. That was awesome. Jay helped me get the best interest rate and a fast close at a great location nearby due to it snowed. Great character, good ethics, and a good human being describes Jay.       I got a prompt reply that they weren’t able to secure a home loan because of Fannie Mae’s restrictions. Seems like this outfit is limited and isn’t able to secure any kind of creative financing. Moving on.
