  "Exceeding Expectations" Tyler Hodgson runs the company NXT Mortgage Let me tell you a little story of what he was just able to do Realtors please read and anyone out there looking to buy a home with a loan, please read So I'm currently in a deal that was supposed to close this week. It's one of our flips and our own listing Everything was prepared to close and seemed to be going smooth... Until I got that call on Monday You Realtors know the call The call from the Buyers Agent that has that frustration in their voice knowing they have to deliver bad news The agent states there's issues with the current lender requiring all kinds of weird items last minute So we typically are always willing to work with buyers in this situation I ask her directly if she feels good about the current lender closing the deal She says no So I say I know of this guy Tyler Hodgson who Harrison Sharp recommends highly and I say give him a shot if we keep this deal alive You see I don't really represent buyers anymore and so I have no close ties to lenders anymore I have no reason to write this only to see more deals get closed by recommending Tyler to you But when I did I had great relationships and we saw many of these types of scenarios pop up that seem out of the lenders control Well Tyler did different He literally took the loan on Monday with borrower having to essentially start over and guess what? He got me a clear to close yesterday!! Are you kidding me? Monday late afternoon to Friday morning and we got a clear to close I remember all the fluff from many lenders The lunches, the co marketing, etc Not saying those are bad as I believe when you build relationships you should be apart of these things But the most important aspect in this industry is great business Who's a closer? Who makes deals happens? Who excels at what they do and make it a challenge to be the best? Well I can say after witnessing this deal and from the many rave reviews that Tyler is that guy!
