I would score lower but this is as low as I could score. Made a trade transaction at this bank. They lost the title to the vehicle and would not accept admitting they made a mistake was very rude thereafter found out few years later the original owner sent the bank a duplicate title. Nobody was notified. Looked through paperwork and found that the trade shouldn’t have taken place in the first place there was an error on the lein release that should have shut the procedure down Very unprofessional and hateful and not willing to even look into helping.
