      Nothing but positive things to share about this credit Union! For a small yet growing credit Union I am consistently impressed with O Bees dedication to member experience. There are some things O Bee does not offer like credit cards printed in a branch (they do debit cards though) and their online banking capabilities are limited, but their member service is so far above and beyond most businesses and financial institutions. Definitely recommend!

      Terrible customer service, policy over people, no employees with good sense; problems here that I've never had with other banks or any other business. Far better service at Wells Fargo in Centralia! Update: Obee's problematic policies have nothing to do with safety and the poor customer service was unrelated to weather or safety. Other banks deliver excellent customer service in all weather and while maintaining a high standard of security. Excuses are what a shoddy business and ignorant employees substitute for solutions and good service
