  Elizabeth X has been amazing throughout my whole car buying experience!!! From the initial application for a pre approved loan to handling of all paperwork between Obee and the dealership! I was even provided the opportunity to tour the Ruston Way location while finalizing paperwork for my car! Will continue to do business with this institution:)

  Closed randomly for lunch breaks 12:30-1:30!? Closed again, now the sign says closed and indefinitely due to ack of staffing.

As with every industry, the pandemic continues to put a strain on our staffing levels.   Changed their hours again and are literally ONLY open when I am working. How pointless is that?! You are making it so hard for essential workers to use your bank which means I have 2 Bill's now that are late because I couldnt cash my check but instead go to another bank which will hold my funds for a week giving me TWO late fees. So thanks for that!!

Like so many things this year, our hours are something that have required adjusting as we address the needs of our team and our members during the pandemic. To cash checks after hours, we encourage you to use our mobile app. Once you have the app set up, use the mobile deposit feature to take a picture of your check. It deposits to your account instantly and the funds are available based on our funds availability policy. In some cases, holds may be present for up to two days. You can then make a cash withdrawal at any of our 24-hour ATMs. (Please note that the ATMs located at community colleges are not accessible at this time because the college buildings are closed.)
