  My experience with O’Brien Realty in specific AnnMarie Arias was disturbing. I feel bad for the people who bought 52 Bond street. The house was not what it looks like. The final walk through made us realize the basement needed 14,000 dollars worth of work. When we got to the property the day of walk through the ‘Ramco’ properties were surprised to see us coming by as they were in the middle of padding down the water on the floor of the basement. Imagine we would have walked once the laminates were placed down with fake clean floors we would have closed that day! Thank GOD we saw this and our team highly advised we do not close that day and we didn’t. On top of it all the house had a radon issue of the number of 44, then they made us pay the mitigation system for the radon to go down and it didn’t. It only went down to 15 and this is environmental danger. Once we asked to put in a tune up they said NO to place another test when those results came back the number was at a surprising 1.4. And to put the icing on the cake the realtor/agent was so rude and super difficult to deal with. She made faces and really mistreated our agent throughout the whole 3-4 month process. She was so unprofessional that I would not want anyone to go through what we went through. Please think before picking anyone from this company in specific this agent… hope this review is helpful!

  Called Kerri’s office several times regarding a rental property. No call back after leaving messages. Unprofessional, zero courtesy. Call potential clients back.

  I was not very happy with Kerry O'Brien , the owner of O'Brien Realty. My buyers stopped payment on their check to me for items they bought and additionally won't return the money tied up in escrow. After the closing, despite my many attempt to reach her, she still has not returned my calls.
