      This Bank in Modesto at The McHenry branch is Probably one of the most un organized Banks I have ever experienced especially their bank manager and their assistants !!!! I’m Power of attorney for my mom that has dementia and they have all my contacts phone email and you would think I would get a notice or call Regarding my accounts with my mom that I have been taking care of over three years !!!! As soon as I can I will be looking for a new bank to take care of all my moms accounts stocks in retirement !!! They are a joke they don’t even keep on file a power of attorney information !!!

      Although I love the institution I have banked with for years, for personal reasons I had to find a bank closer to my home. I was recommended to OVCB from a co-worker and also my employer. I opened an account in under 1/2 hr. and received excellent customer service and to my surprise when I went in two days later not only were two Tellers waiting with smiles, the gentleman called me by name and asked if he could help me. The thing I worried most about changing banks was not having the small bank feel I am used to. This bank offers everything and feels like your walking into your living room. I would highly recommend to anyone in the valley.
