      I am so grateful for my accountant's referral for "a human bank." The very smart and capable women of OVCB helped me navigate an absolute nightmare of leaving Chase Bank. Due to a mysterious problem that no one at Chase Natomas (or their remote employees in the phone) could fix, Chase Corporate had frozen all my business assets and I wasn't able to do business for weeks. Everyone at Chase kept blaming everyone else at Chase, and my pile of unpaid bills was stacking up, despite there being more than enough money in the account to cover any transactions. When I showed up at OVCB for my emergency, same-day appointment, I was amazed that Pang had already printed off most of the documents she needed to open my account from California's business websites -- and she needed just a few more from me. It's been just 11 days since I opened my account at OVCB, and I've received my new checks, debit cards , etc. Thanks to a real team effort from Bev and Pang (which included after-hours emailing from them) I'm finally caught up. To say they are prompt and responsive is an understatement. These women are A Players. Highly recommend them.
