      Not real impressed this evening with this banks online services. I was sent to a change password page only to be kicked off completely and now I have to call in TOMORROW to talk to a rep because its after banking hours. I dont work banking hours and I NEEDED to look at my account tonight, not have to hassle with this tomorrow. Total inconvenience, which seems to becoming common since this bank went from First National to Oak Star. Pretty disappointed with the services here.

      Was hung up on 3 times. Every time there is a problem they state its not their end only to find out it is when it is traced. Staff is rude to customers impossible to get a loan for anything of value. Only decent thing is if there is something going on in community they are there handing out drinks cookies and advertising material for the I establishment
