      We've worked funded a handful of loans with Oaktree Funding and our experience has been positive. Our AE quit in the middle of our purchase transaction so we inherited a new AE, Johnny Salmons. I was very concerned that because Johnny was new, he wouldn't be able to help push our loan. Instead there were a couple of conditions that we needed an exception on, and Johnny escalated our request and got the conditions revised or waived. Our account manager, Cynthia Cuevas, is a rock star. This AM is on top of her game, fast to respond to our emails and knows her stuff. We just closed on a difficult purchase today and if it wasn't for our team, we would not have gotten to the finish line. Thank you guys !

      Horrible company, do not use!!! They issued loans docs after 2 months with the wrong loan to value. They sent me through underwriting again and after an additional month they denied my loan. Worst experience I have ever had trying to refinance a property!
