Was approved on the 23rd , contract sent and signed back. When I called to see about the process, I was told that I just have to wait until the underwriter is finished. The next day I called and was told that they emailed a different company to make sure I haven’t received prior funding. This is my first time getting a presettlement loan because I’m facing homelessness and I THOUGHT this process was fast, however, I’m still waiting and even though I was approved and signed a contract I still have not received the advance. Going on day 4…. As soon as 24 hrs is a LIE..

They are the worst loan service I've dealt with I was needing some assistance and I was expecting a one or two day turnaround not over a week communication is terrible even after submitting all my information they could not even complete the paperwork on there end they advertise 24hr turnaround more like 24days. I called up following up on the status of my case and still were unable to complete in a timely manner even after all information is provided I realized if this is the service they provide I can only imagine it will get worse I decided to stop the loan process cause they fail to complete it on time. I would not recommend Oasis Financial to anyone. Best way to put it stay away from Oasis Financial save yourself from the stress you'll get from there process and lack of communication.
