      The people that work in Ocean Bank are nice and friendly. However for any changes on my account I need to go through my 'Bank manager" who changed. I was told I was not allowed to get the bank manager business e-mail. I called several times and left messages and nothing. Transfering money is a pain as well. My other bank reports they transfer money over 3-5 days and the bank received. However, it takes more than 5 days to report. Even if the bank has a balance and you make a bill payment. You may see get a "overdraft fee"

      Have these people ever heard of customer service? That plus their only atm was broken after the rep told me to go use it to try my pin number. When I walked back in to try and resolve the issue the rep simply said to try the card at a Publix. I'll be banking somewhere else from here on out.
