      I have completed two Yacht loans with Ocean State C.U. and couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received. Claudia Flanagan has been very helpful through both loan transactions and I'd highly recommend doing business here. i also visit the branch from time to time to make in person payments and I've always been greeted by smiling tellers. Great place!

      This is absolutely the worst credit union/bank I have ever dealt with! There is one loan servicing clerk who seems helpful in figuring out why my loan payments are not being distributed properly but with my last payment, the same thing happened again. Shouldn’t this automatically happen when payments are posted! If I could pay off my loan, I would, just so I don’t have deal with them again! Just horrible! When will they catch up with the rest of the world and accept electronic payments?
