      I am not local and stopped in to use ATM and ask for directions. The staff was very helpful and pleasant and the inside of the bank was very inviting.

      Terrible bank experience. Came into open new account. Branch manager was extremely rude . Told me she would have to investigate me on the computer first like I was a criminal. I went to pnc bank and was treated with respect and had a lovely experience. Do not bank here. They profile people !
