      Marisol Aviles, the branch manager, displays what GREAT customer service is all about. Very professional, knowledgeable and she handled my transaction in a matter of minutes. Meanwhile, I had spent over 10 hours (90 % on hold) over the course of several days trying to conclude my business. Perhaps SHE could offer training to your Customer Service phone line representatives. Over the course of 10 days and lots of interactions with various representatives, supervisors and technicians, I found your phone customer service absolutely abysmal & lacking. "Customer friendly" it definitely is NOT.
