It is great to have a team of professionals like Doug Ashworth and Sonia Santos. I had an issue with my insurer (had nothing to do with Ocean Point) but Sonia took charge and saved me hours of time and frustration. After the issue was resolved she emailed to follow-up. Bottom line - you can purchase insurance products anywhere but based on my experience here is that the team is a large part of the decision and having a team like Sonia and Doug in your corner is priceless.
