      We just recently refinanced our home and used Ocotillo Home Lending. Granted I’ve met Caroline Strok a few years ago but this was the first time I’ve worked with her per her business. What an amazing experience! The constant contact from options to choose from, e documents to sign, to her review and informing us of where we can save on additional financing, to final closing. Caroline worked with us every step of the way and all during the Christmas Holiday. Who meets with clients on Christmas Eve? Caroline did. She takes customer service to a new level.
