      Waited here for service. Took an early lunch break to come in. 5 min wait turned in 20 plus minutes. Still no assistance. Other people coming in are being served. Had to leave.

      My self I am not dealing to much with this branch, But seams like always get a bad experience with the customer service, this time I applied for business account, I give them the application an it seam like they just putting my application on the side, so they never send it out to the corp office for approval. I call them to find out about my application, they told me, they still waiting for the corp, approval. But the main office they never get the application because here in san jose they never send out my application.
