      This branch really takes their customer service seriously. I recently bought a car out of state and after calling the 800 # and being on hold forever, I called my old Branch in CA and they referred me to Jody Nye at the Elko branch. She made the experience practically painless and she was so quick to handle the documents and nice to talk to during the process. I will hands down be going through the Elko Branch and her if possible for all future needs and purchases. Thanks for the fantastic customer service. It is truly appreciated.

      This is the best bank in Nevada. The ladies that work there are fast ,smart and efficient in everything. Definitely do business with them you will not be disappointed.
