  Poor choice in managers! He is very rude and disrespectful and fast talking. There is NO communication with the jeweler they use and they over-up charge on his repairs. The manager has no clue in how to deal with the customers. His way or no way. Definitely contacting the owners because this place was never run like this! Wow. There was no interuption while I was speaking to the manager. Who also put words into my mouth. There really is no way to actually speak to the jeweler. If he even exists. You can also use a power course in being kind and respectful to your customers and stop being a bully. And yes there are many others who are not going to attend your establishment as the manager is very fowl and rude.

  Hello Tracy ( O G ) I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with the price quoted to resize your daughters rings and repair her bracelet. Skilled labor does cost money . We communicated your wants and needs directly to our jeweler and waited for a response from you before we sent off your items and held them safely when you declined until you picked them up. Unfortunately we don't make the prices. I'm not sure exactly what you are basing your claim of over up charge on but you were given a fair price. All products and services in the retail industry have a markup and I promise our work on jewelry repair is high quality and priced fairly. As far as the "fast talking" goes, the tempo of a conversation is based on the customer. When we were trying to explain what was going on and were continually interrupted it forced us to talk faster so we can get the details to you. My apologies for that and we will make sure we talk slower in the future for our customers.

  I had been hearing a lot of negative things about this store, so today I wanted to find out for myself. I took an xtra fine, 1921 no mint Morgan to see what happened. Here we go! A. No option to sell for silver or coin rate B. Accused me of a fake because it had “no wear” and claiming the weight was off, when in actuality, he was off on what the weight should be. C. Very cold, wouldn’t look me in the eyes at all. D. Offered $12 for it. I completed the transaction to see if he’d really be comfortable cheating me that much. He was. E. Did not keep my coin in my sight during my deal. A real no-no. They could change coins on you. F. As a numismatic dealer, I would urge you to go somewhere else for fairness. I’ll have the upload for YouTube very soon everyone! Go visit 84 different vids I have on YouTube from other stores around Ohio!!

  Hi Jeff! I'm the gentleman that you worked with here at the store. I remember our time spent vividly and I'm sorry but there are a few discrepencies. I looked you in the eye the entire time and treated you well. If you are in fact a dealer I'm sure you can appreciate the fact that I take my job seriously and check and verify that items brought to me are in fact real. It's not something to be offended by when a buyer verifies your coin. It was right here at the podium with us the whole time. If it left your line of sight there are cameras everywhere as the signage indicates. As far as buying the coin, you were offered a price. I did not take it from you. You had every right to refuse the price offered. You brought in one of the most common of Morgans.. a 1921 no mint Morgan which was ungraded and held only a circulated value no matter how shiny it was. There were 44,690,000 of those coins minted and they do not bring a premium which I'm sure is why you decided to bring that in to sacrifice for your YouTube video.
