      I have a good rapport with all tellers at the Grant location, especially Barbara & Karen. And my favorite loan officer Kelsey @ Dublin. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years!! Even if this was not the case, the ones I do not know have been just as pleasant. I have never had issues except once a new person was going to put a 10day hold as policy on a check, but Barb took care of that asap. Where can you get a bank account that doesn't charge all those stupid service fees or set a required bank amount to avoid?! They have mobile banking, an app to take a puc & deposit a check, you can have more than one checking/savings and can transfer your funds btwn the two. I also have an online acct with another bank and can transfer $$ from and into OH Hlth. Or utilize my overdraft loan funds if I am short...I love this credit union. If you have a problem, maybe it's you...you're the problem 🤣

      I love the credit union itself but I don't like that it only has 2 locations which makes it an inconvenience for those who work far from the locations and the operating hours are not convenient as well to get too.
