      Selling a house. Well TRYING to sell a house. This title agency was selected by buyers agent. We were told our address was an address that we have never lived at to start... they then argued with us that that in fact WAS our address. We finally got the documents fixed so our actual address and correct information was on it before we would sign anything. They are now saying the legal quitclaim we had done with a previous “owner” was no good and we would have to pay for one of their lawyers to redo it. This is absolutely u true as our attorney verified. We have had nothing but issues with this company.. they have made this portion of the sale unbelievably difficult. This is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with, which is saying something since we have sold many homes and have never experienced anything quite this unprofessional and rude as the people working in this office. Never again!!
