      Unlike broke frank and everyone else, I know this is a very very professional and secured and very high end bank and they won't deal with any broke people like frank or dot have have account, They don't need to justify it to anyone if want to be abletodeal woth ohiosavingsthen get an account. If your not good enough for them, then your just not good enough. Ohio savings would rather "not" deal with people like "frank" than give them anything. Frank can take his broke self and little bills to a check cashing place its not the banks fault "frank" cant follow simple rules like everyone else other than that ohio savings is great, I personally like the beautiful blonde manager she's sweet and very pretty

      Just like Frank I went to have them exchange my smaller denominations for a one hundred dollar bill. Was denied for not having an Ohio Savings account. PNC did it without even asking if I had an account. This is why very few people bank with Ohio Savings.
