I called for help in understanding what I needed to do to register a business. I asked for examples and reasons I would choose to run under an EIN as opposed to my social security number. This guy became argumentative and outright rude when I asked.....well..when I asked him to basically do his job. Unfortuante because I'm just a future small business owner trying to understand the process here in Ohio. He only schedules appointments bwtween 9-3. This program, based on Bruce's lack of service and inability to answer basic questions, is a complete waste of time. Call someone else.
