I was searching to refinance my car. The bank I have used for 19 years gave me a rate I thought was reasonable. Thank goodness my wife recommended I check with OCCU who had financed her truck purchase for comparison. I contacted Mandi Harrell and all I can say is the service I received was exemplary. Even though Mandi is a bank official, she gave me personalized service. I got a lower rate, expeditious professional service and she was even patient with my calls and questions. I needed to deposit money into my account after business hours when I got home from work, found out they do not have ATMS that money can be deposited, NOWHERE!!! Thinking about switching to ARVST they have all the Convenience for their customers,OCU told me to drop my money in their deposit box an they will get to it after 9 when they open

Terrible customer service. Have been with them since 2007. Every year it gets worse. Now the lobby closes at 5. Nearly impossible work with. Last loan rep completely failed to do her job. Deposit money; can’t withdraw it. Unfortunately it’s the best of the worse credit unions/banks out there. Used to be great. Not anymore.
